Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using nordecweb.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Our Services
Nordec provides digital marketing services including Meta & TikTok advertising, UGC production, creative strategy, and related consulting. All services are governed by a separate service agreement.
Free Audit
The Free Audit is a limited review offered without charge. It does not guarantee specific results. Any advice given is for informational purposes only.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Monthly retainers are billed in advance. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
Intellectual Property
All creatives, strategies, and materials we produce remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nordec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Refund Policy
Nature of Services
Nordec provides professional marketing services including advertising management, creative production, and consulting. These are professional services rendered through time, labor, and expertise, not physical goods. Payments are for work performed and capacity reserved, not for a guaranteed commercial outcome.
Fees and Payment
All fees are agreed in the signed service agreement. Retainers and project fees are billed in advance and are due before work commences for each billing period. Work begins only once payment is received and cleared.
No Refunds on Rendered Services
Because our services involve labor, expertise, and reserved capacity delivered from the start of each billing period, all fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Once a billing period has begun and work has commenced, the fee for that period is fully earned and non-refundable.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel with the notice period stated in the service agreement. Cancellation stops future billing periods, it does not entitle the client to a refund of the current or any past period. Any work in progress at the point of cancellation is delivered up to the amount already paid.
Client Responsibilities
Results depend on inputs the client controls, including advertising budget, timely approvals, creative access, product, pricing, and platform accounts. We are not responsible for outcomes affected by delays, budget changes, platform rejections, or actions outside our control. Fees remain due regardless of these client-side factors.
Ad Spend
Advertising budget paid to platforms such as Meta is separate from our service fee, is controlled by the client's own accounts and payment methods, and is never refundable by us. We do not hold or refund platform ad spend.
Chargebacks
By engaging our services and paying an invoice, the client agrees that the fee covers services rendered and is non-refundable per this policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for services that have been delivered is a breach of the service agreement. In such cases we reserve the right to suspend all work immediately, retain all deliverables and account access until the dispute is resolved, pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated fees and costs, and provide our signed agreement, deliverables, and communication records as evidence to the payment processor.
Guarantees
Any performance guarantee, if offered, is governed solely by the specific written terms in the signed service agreement, including its conditions and remedy. No guarantee is implied by this policy or by any marketing material.
Governing Law and Disputes
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from it or from our services shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
